How do I book a car?

You can book a car through our website by browsing our available vehicles, selecting your preferred car, and completing the booking form. You can also call us directly at +91 63843 62796 or WhatsApp us for assistance.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we also accept same-day bookings subject to vehicle availability.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 6 hours before the pickup time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us for modifications.

Do you provide delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we provide doorstep delivery and pickup services within city limits. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Pricing

What is included in the rental price?

Our rental price includes the vehicle, basic insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Fuel, tolls, parking fees, and driver charges (if required) are additional.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All charges are clearly mentioned during booking. Additional charges apply only for extra services like driver, fuel, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and online bank transfers. Payment can be made at the time of booking or during vehicle pickup.

Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

Yes, we offer attractive discounts for weekly and monthly rentals. Contact us for customized pricing based on your rental duration and requirements.

Requirements

What documents do I need to rent a car?

You need a valid driving license, government-issued ID proof (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID), and address proof. For outstation trips, additional documentation may be required.

What is the minimum age requirement?

The minimum age requirement is 21 years with a valid driving license held for at least 1 year. Drivers between 21-25 years may need to pay an additional young driver fee.

Can someone else drive the rented car?

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement by providing their valid driving license and ID proof. Additional driver charges may apply.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required based on the vehicle category. The deposit is refunded within 7-10 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

Policies

What is your fuel policy?

We follow a "full-to-full" fuel policy. The car is provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If not, fuel charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

What happens if the car breaks down?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of breakdown, contact our helpline immediately. We will either repair the vehicle or provide a replacement car at no additional cost.

What if I return the car late?

Late returns are charged on an hourly basis. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, a full additional day's charge will apply. Please contact us if you expect to be late.

Are there any restrictions on where I can drive?

Our vehicles can be driven anywhere within India. However, certain high-risk areas may be restricted. Please inform us about your travel plans during booking.
