Our Rental Policies

Please read our rental policies carefully before booking. These policies are designed to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our customers.

Booking Policy

  • Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from our team.
  • Payment: A minimum of 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Modification: Booking modifications can be made up to 6 hours before the pickup time without additional charges.
  • No-Show: Customers who don't show up without prior notice will forfeit their advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
  • 6-24 Hours: Cancellations between 6-24 hours before pickup incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 6 Hours: Cancellations less than 6 hours before pickup incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show: No refund for no-shows without prior notice.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Driver Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 years with a valid driving license held for at least 1 year.
  • Young Driver Fee: Drivers aged 21-25 may be subject to additional charges.
  • Valid License: A valid driving license is mandatory for the primary driver.
  • Additional Drivers: All additional drivers must be registered and provide valid documentation.
  • International Drivers: International driving permits accepted along with passport.

Required Documentation

  • Driving License: Valid driving license (original) is mandatory.
  • Identity Proof: Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID).
  • Address Proof: Utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement (not older than 3 months).
  • Credit Card: Valid credit card for security deposit (debit cards accepted with higher deposit).
  • Additional Documents: For outstation trips, additional local reference may be required.

Security Deposit

  • Deposit Amount: Security deposit varies by vehicle category (₹5,000 - ₹25,000).
  • Payment Method: Deposit can be paid by credit card, debit card, or cash.
  • Refund Process: Deposit refunded within 7-10 business days after vehicle return.
  • Deductions: Deductions made for damages, traffic violations, fuel shortage, or cleaning charges.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding deposit deductions will be resolved based on documented evidence.

Fuel Policy

  • Full-to-Full: Vehicle provided with full tank and must be returned with full tank.
  • Fuel Charges: If returned with less fuel, charges will be deducted from security deposit.
  • Premium Rates: Fuel charges will be calculated at premium rates (₹10-15 above market rate).
  • Receipt Required: Keep fuel receipts for verification if needed.
  • Long-Distance: For long-distance rentals, fuel costs are borne by the customer.

Vehicle Usage Policy

  • Permitted Use: Vehicle to be used only for lawful purposes and normal passenger transportation.
  • Geographic Limits: No restrictions within India, but high-risk areas may be excluded.
  • Speed Limits: Adherence to all traffic rules and speed limits is mandatory.
  • Prohibited Activities: Racing, towing, off-road driving, or commercial use strictly prohibited.
  • Passenger Limits: Number of passengers must not exceed vehicle seating capacity.

Damage & Insurance Policy

  • Basic Insurance: All vehicles covered by comprehensive insurance for major damages.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customer liable for damages up to insurance deductible amount.
  • Minor Damages: Scratches, dents, and interior damages charged to customer.
  • Immediate Reporting: All accidents must be reported immediately to our helpline.
  • Police Report: Police FIR required for all accidents involving third parties or major damages.

Return Policy

  • Return Time: Vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location.
  • Grace Period: 30-minute grace period allowed without additional charges.
  • Late Return: Late returns charged on hourly basis; full day charge after 3 hours.
  • Condition Check: Vehicle inspected for damages, cleanliness, and fuel level upon return.
  • Key Return: All keys and accessories must be returned in working condition.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers accepted.
  • Advance Payment: 25% advance payment required for booking confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: Remaining amount can be paid at pickup or return.
  • Additional Charges: Extra services, damages, or penalties charged separately.
  • GST: All prices inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
